The Women's Ministry of Friendship Baptist Church

Our Adult women participate in WMU on a regular basis to discuss mission projects, needs to be met, and just enjoying each others company. 

WMU has helped lead Southern Baptist churches across the country give over $6 billion through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering- these efforts founded by WMU to support missionaries. 

WMU's unwavering focus on making disciples of Jesus who live on mission helps through discipleship, development and compassion, with kingdom impact in every state and over 39 countries. 

Another Mission operation the women of Friendship participate in is Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan's Purse. This is a project where church members fill shoe boxes with supplies such as toiletries, school supplies, toys, clothing, shoes, etc.. Shoe boxes are then taken to other countries where children are less fortunate. Not only do children receive supplies and toys, most importantly, children receive the gospel in their language. They also have access to additional classes to continue learning about Christ.
